At Novohealth@Embassy, we are proud to present a groundbreaking partnership between Novo Nordisk and Embassy, dedicated to enhancing workplace health and wellness. Our initiative fo-cuses on engaging local stakeholders to foster a healthier work environment for all employees.

Our Journey So Far

• Over 4,500 registrations have shown the immense interest in our health initiatives.
• Out of these, 270 registrations are from Novo Nordisk employees, demonstrating our commitment to leading by example.
• Each week, we see an impressive turnout of 180 enthusiastic runners participating in our activities.
• We are excited to introduce the NovoRun App, designed to facilitate and promote healthy lifestyles.

Our Strengths Novo Nordisk is synonymous with a deep commitment to health and wellness, which significantly bolsters participation in our initiatives. Our strong partnership with Embassy and the existing employee network forms a solid foundation for effective outreach efforts.
We offer a diverse range of activities, including workshops, running events, and the innovative NovoRun app, catering to the varied health interests and preferences of employees. With access to qualified health professionals, comprehensive materials, and advanced technology, we ensure the successful implementation of our health initiatives.
We are also proud to introduce our group of Novohealth Ambassadors—12 passionate employ-ees from various corporates who are consistent runners. This dedicated team is committed to spreading the word about registration for NovoRun and encouraging others to download the app, further enhancing our outreach and engagement efforts.

Our Opportunities The global emphasis on employee health and wellness is at an all-time high, creating a supportive environment for our initiatives. The launch of the NovoRun app opens doors for remote engagement and provides us with the opportunity for continuous improvement based on user feedback.

We are also exploring partnerships with local health organizations to enhance our program offer-ings and provide additional resources. Furthermore, organizing team challenges and group activi-ties can significantly elevate engagement levels among employees, fostering camaraderie and a collective commitment to health.
